停車由酒店代停，不到兩天收費96歐，停車的時候説用車可以隨時通知他們送車過來，第二天諮詢用車換了一個人，説不能用車，如果用車，酒店不負責報備ZTL區，如果要用車自己步行18分鐘到停車場自己取車，罰款酒店不負責。諮詢態度不友好，不耐煩。

Such a terrible experience in this hotel.Cannot sleep for all night! It was very very very noisy outside.We heard the sound of motorbikes coming round over 100 times I promise .Get crazy！！！！Also the building is too old,the sound coming from the floor as well,scary at night… We booked 2nights in this hotel but we only stayed 1 night then leave as soon as possible.Can’t stand it anymore!! The receptionist who named Letizia has nice and polite service to us but another one named Ginevra(maybe) she gave me a roll of eyes after I said I don’t want to stay here for second day.I guess maybe she’s racist??Anyway Asian guests remain to be noted to choose this hotel.By the way,they won’t refund you any of your fees even you can’t sleep all night in their hotel.They don’t care about it ~

Отличный отель напротив дворец Медичи палаццо Питти- самый центр ,находиться в ztl зоне,но можно приехать на машине и они сами паркуют на паркинг за 30 евро в день ,старинное здание ,но есть лифт,взял двухкомнатный люкс с двумя туалетами,все реновированое в очень хорошем состоянии,потолки и стены расписаны фресками !

很漂亮 一眼驚艷 但是早餐必須提前訂 而且水壓很小 洗澡和泡澡都是 住一晚上打個卡就夠了 床很大 隔音不好 樓層太低路人的聲音聼得好清楚

Had an enjoyable stay here! Nice located and easy to find. Really big bed with warm air conditions so had a sound sleep. The view in the room was brilliant and we took lots of photos. Breakfast was also substantial with tea and coffee, and lots of desserts which could be fully full.

A very bad experience .First of all the reception closed at 9pm and when we arrived in the evening we found out that it was not the room we had booked, we were told that we had been "upgraded", the so-called upgrade was just an extra bed, not even a table, what did we need so many beds for two people? We only wanted the room we had booked but the hotel gave it to another guest and cancelled the breakfast we had booked, the most annoying thing was that there was no communication with us throughout, I don't think the hotel respected us at all!
